To improve the delivery of support
services to the agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) all
over the country, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)
has continuously tapped Official Development Assistance
(ODA) as a significant source of funding to supplement its
limited resources for its development interventions for
its program beneficiaries. (view

Assistance [ODA]).Since 1992, DAR has generated PhP 76.647
billion for a total of 61 projects with official funding
