DAR Secretary Virgilio E. De los Reyes cuts the ribbon during the turnover of the Lang-ayan Farm-to-Market Road (inset photo) to Barangay Lang-ayan, Currimao, Ilocos Norte. The DAR Provincial Office of Ilocos Norte recently turned over the P7 million Lang-ayan Farm-to-Market Road in Currimao, Ilocos Norte (inset photo). The project, under the Agrarian Reform Infrastructure Support Project Phase IIII (ARISP III) and funded under the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), is one of the foreign-assisted projects of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in agrarian reform communities nationwide. This road, one of the support services fa cilities which DAR extends to its land acquisition and distribution beneficiaries, aims to improve farm productivity and income (Paulie Anna A.
