2.1.1 Increase in
the number of POs preparing proposals for ARC development
projects, in collaboration with LGUs, but without assistance
from national line agencies.
2.1.2 POs in the target ARCs reporting an increase in number
of women in decision-making and leadership positions.

of POs achieving an organizational maturity rating of greater
than 75% from 20% in December 2001 to 80% by December 2007.

farm inputs) in ARCs where road/bridge sub-projects are completed.
2.2.3 An increase in the area irrigated in ARCs covered by the
project.
2.2.4 An average 30% increase in annual production from areas
with new or rehabilitated irrigation systems.
2.2.5 Increase in average cropping intensity from 1 to 2 in
