Western Mindanao Community Initiatives Project (WMCIP) -The objective of the project is increased subsistence, cash crop and fishery production of about 16,000 farm and fishing households in the selected areas within the project area and hence higher income, better standards of living, and greater resilience of livelihoods in Region IX.
