Assistance Component under the Rural Farmers and Agrarian
Reform Support Credit Assistance Program (TA-RASCP)- is
a financial assistance program funded from a loan provided
by JBIC and is implemented through Land Bank cooperative
of the Philippines. The Project extends production credit
and other loans to farmers’ cooperatives to support
the target communities’ integrated and sustainable
development (1997-June 2002). |
