Sustainable Agrarian Reform Communities- Technical Support to Agrarian Reform and Rural Development (SARC-TSARRD)- a joint project of he Royal Govt. of Netherlands, Govt. of the Phils. And FAO of the United Nations. The project aims to assist the GOP in increasing the annual household income of ARBs initially in 1,000 ARCs to be distinguished as Sustainable Agrarian Reform Communities (SARCs) nationwide.
