Agrarian Reform Communities Development Project (ARCDP)- is a World Bank-funded Project which was conceptualized within the framework of CARP where the delivery of support services and facilities are deemed critical to improving agricultural productivity and income. It is an approach to rural development that is area-focused, resource-based, community-centered and impact-oriented. The project duration is from 1997 to 2002.
