PURPOSE
DAR, DA and DENR (Rural Development Agencies) and other CARP
Implementing Agencies (CIAs) have developed an effective and
efficient mechanism for coordinated delivery of support services
for agrarian reform and rural development. |
|

OUTPUT (Key Result Areas):
1. Stakeholders are assisted in the further development and
efficient use of information management systems and networking
2. An improved strategy for sustainable rural development (RD)
is elaborated and implemented in selected areas.
3. The capacity of stakeholders to implement rural development
activities strengthened. |

1.1 Review, analyze and identify gaps in information for effective

Use of Data:

Guidelines for
the development of a data base system for Project Cycle
Mgt. (PCM) in Agrarian Refrom and Rural Development (ARRD)
is available by October 2003.

Database system
for PCM in ARRD pilot areas available and in use by march
2003.

Relevant data for
ARRD planning, implementation and M & E is shared
between cooperation agencies.

ARRD activities is tested and analyzed in pilot areas.
