Future
is the reason for savings. And that is the future of this small boy in the
ARC. Convinced with the remarkable success on other parts of the country,
the DAR through BIARSP has launched Agrarian Reform Community-based Savings
and Credit (SaCred) operation in 28 pilot areas in the 2 regions. With the
accommodation of everyone in the ARCs as associate member and saver in the
cooperative, the operation shows vigor and bright promise as a stable and
rich source of capital for the credit needs of the ARCs. Another one small
but important contribution of DAR to discourage this boy to pursue his "American
dream". |
